I spent 25 years in education before transitioning to Benchmark Realty, LLC. Prior to real estate, I was proud to serve as an Executive Director in the Tennessee Department of Education and professor at Middle Tennessee State University. I am a Middle Tennessee native and my prior position at the State Department helped me become very familiar with all middle Tennessee counties both large and small.

*Using rational comparable sales in your area, we will determine either the right listing price for the sale of your home, or the correct offering price if you are purchasing a home.
*We will fully explain the inspection process, and assist in finding the best sub contractors for any necessary repairs that might come to light in that process.
*We will help you understand more complex transactions, such as what to do if there is a multiple listing situation, and beyond.
